Single Needle Bearing Universal Steering Joints
Borgeson's single needle bearing steering joints are engineered to operate smoothly at angles up to 35°. For angles exceeding 35°, our double universal joints are recommended. These joints ensure precise control and dependable performance, making them an excellent choice for various vehicle types.
Double Needle Bearing Universal Steering Joints
For applications requiring greater flexibility, Borgeson offers double needle-bearing steering joints. These joints can accommodate angles over 35º and up to 70º, providing superior maneuverability. Available in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, our double universal joints come in all spline and Double-D configurations to meet diverse needs.
Replacement set screws and lock nuts for all Borgeson direct replacement steering shafts. Includes the following 5/16"-18 set screws; two 1.5", two .75", four .625" and eight 5/16"-18 lock nuts.
