Is CAD data available? SolidWorks would be preferred.

There is no CAD data available for this product as it was drawn/designed well before CAD existed.

This box has the standard GM three hole mount that would be used on a 1964 and up El Camino.

is the output shaft spline count the same for both the 525 box and the vega 140 box? thanks.

While the spline counts are the same the diameters are different. The 525 box uses a 1-1/8" diameter shaft and the Vega 140 uses a 1" diameter shaft.

Is it identical in appearance to the Saginaw box complete with the S logo?

We are not permitted to use the Saginaw "S" logo on our castings, the casting will have "BORGESON" cast in to it instead, the casting number remains the same however.
