Ford Bronco 1966-77 Power Steering Conversion Box

Borgeson offers an integral power steering conversion for your 1966-1977 Bronco. The Borgeson conversion box is a new modern integral power steering gearbox. This gearbox represents the latest generation of integral power steering gearbox technology with true modern power steering feel, feedback and a quicker 14:1 ratio. Borgeson has adapted this box to bolt directly to the factory mounting location and to fit the stock pitman arm. A new universal joint will be required for connection to the stock column and a new hose kit for connection to the pump of your choice. All Borgeson power steering boxes are assembled and tested in the USA from globally sourced components and have a 3 year warranty. Vehicles that already have a Borgeson shaft will need to swap the lower u-joint. Vehicles with stock steering shaft will need to cut and DD the existing shaft to use the included u-joint. Borgeson power steering hose kit for connecting a GM Saginaw power steering pump to a Borgeson Bronco power steering conversion box, supplied as a two-piece rubber hose set weighing 1.68 lb. Use this kit to complete the hydraulic connections between the pump and conversion box, and verify you are using a GM Saginaw pump with the Borgeson Bronco conversion box for compatibility.
